We're going to Elko ! For The National Cowboy Poetry Gathering !

I always love going to the Gathering.. seeing old friends, meeting new ones. I'm taking my band down there. Flapjack. It's a fun project I put together here in Montana with some great guys and players. Ric Stenkie on pedal steel, Ron Craighead on drums, John Sanders on bass, and me playing my Tele... mostly my songs, some New Riders, Byrds, Merle, Dead... the band dropped out of Sonoma County 1971...Like magic, or something.... Flapjack !
